1. Introduction
Welcome to VibeIn! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the VibeIn mobile application and website (https://www.vibein.club), including all features related to event discovery, creation, discussions, and user-generated content (UGC).
By accessing or using VibeIn, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.
2. User Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to use VibeIn.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
VibeIn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations of these Terms.
3. Event Discovery & Aggregation
VibeIn aggregates events from various public sources for informational and discovery purposes.
Some events on VibeIn may redirect users to third-party platforms for booking or more details. VibeIn does not assume responsibility for third-party content or transactions.
Users acknowledge that aggregated events are not endorsements and that event details may be subject to change.
4. Event Creation & Hosting
Users may create and host events through VibeIn, including:
Public Events: Visible to all users.
Private Events: Invite-only, accessible via direct link.
Image-to-Event Creation: Users can upload an event poster, and VibeIn will auto-extract event details. Users must review and confirm the accuracy of extracted information.
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event details and must comply with applicable laws.
5. Discussion Forums & User-Generated Content
VibeIn allows users to engage in event discussions, post comments, and share updates.
Users must ensure their content:
Does not contain hate speech, harassment, or misinformation.
Does not infringe on intellectual property rights.
Is relevant to the discussion and event topics.
VibeIn reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content at its discretion.
6. Event Wallet & Personal Event Storage
The Event Wallet feature allows users to store and manage their events, including:
Saved Events: Events users want to track.
Joined Events: Events a user has RSVP’d to or expressed interest in.
Hosted Events: Events created by the user.
Private Events: User-created events that are accessible only via private links.
Users can manually add events to their Event Wallet or extract event details from WhatsApp forwards or image uploads.
7. Privacy & Data Usage
VibeIn collects and processes data to provide personalized event recommendations and discussions.
User data, including preferences and engagement, may be used to enhance discovery algorithms.
VibeIn does not sell personal data to third parties. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on VibeIn, including logos, trademarks, and proprietary algorithms, belongs to VibeIn or its licensors.
Users retain ownership of their posted content but grant VibeIn a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote it.
9. Limitation of Liability
VibeIn is an event discovery and engagement platform and does not guarantee event accuracy, safety, or fulfillment.
VibeIn is not liable for:
Event cancellations, changes, or disputes between attendees and organizers.
User interactions, third-party content, or external website links.
10. Amendments & Termination
VibeIn reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users can discontinue using VibeIn at any time, but previously provided content may remain accessible.
